We offer refunds and exchanges on all full priced items returned to us unused, in their original condition.
For a return to be eligible you must notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will have a further 14 days to return the goods once we have been notified.

You will have a further 14 days to return the goods once we have been notified.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and we have not received a request for a refund then we will not offer you a refund or an exchange.
If a request for a refund has been made within 14 days of purchase, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free return labels and you will need to arrange your own postage. Please use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that has not been requested for a refund after 14 days of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are only eligible for store credit or exchanges.
Items eligible for an exchange can only be exchanged once. We will notify you after having received the item and the Return/Exchange Form whether the request for an exchange has been successful or not.
How to return an item
To return an item, please notify us of the return via email to email@example.com within 14 days of purchase.
Once you have notified us via email, please mail the item along with the Return/Exchange form to: 10 Cumbrian Gardens London GB NW2 1EF.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) as we do not provide free return labels.
For all returns you should used a tracked shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
